  Minimum Age

  You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Service. xk44 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. If it is discovered at any point that a player is under the minimum age, xk44 will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and return the original deposit amount only, with all bonuses and winnings forfeited.

  Accurate Information

  You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information when registering. This includes your legal full name, date of birth and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Any material misrepresentation will result in account suspension pending investigation. xk44 may conduct verification checks using the information provided.
• 1.3
  Single Account

  Each individual person may hold only one active xk44 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account, whether in your own name or using different names, mobile numbers or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. xk44 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated funds.

  Geographic Restrictions

  The Service is designed for use by residents of Bangladesh. If you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws. xk44 makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in locations other than Bangladesh.

Section 2

Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your xk44 account credentials. The following rules apply to all xk44 account holders at all times.

• 2.1
  Credential Confidentiality

  You must not share your xk44 login credentials (username, password, or mobile number) with any other person. xk44 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact xk44 customer support immediately.

  Account Suspension and Closure

  xk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) xk44 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity; (b) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (c) the player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy; or (d) the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Balances in suspended accounts will be held and addressed in accordance with xk44's internal procedures.

  KYC Verification

  xk44 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. KYC requirements may include a copy of a government-issued national ID card, a photograph of the account holder and evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in the withdrawal being held pending verification. xk44 is committed to processing KYC verifications promptly.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on xk44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on the platform. xk44 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals to domestic mobile financial services, though your payment provider may impose its own fees independently.

• 3.1
  Minimum Deposit

  The minimum deposit amount on xk44 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however xk44 may request additional verification for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering procedures. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• 3.2
  Minimum Withdrawal

  The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank may take one to three business days to clear. xk44 does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by the payment provider's own systems.
• 3.3
  Withdrawal Conditions

  Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. xk44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before any withdrawal is processed, the player must have completed the applicable wagering requirement on any active bonus funds. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification requirements.
• 3.4
  Anti-Money Laundering

  xk44 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. xk44 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal, freeze account funds and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction may be connected with money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity. Players agree to cooperate fully with any investigation undertaken by xk44 or relevant authorities.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

xk44 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply platform-wide unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• xk44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account, and to modify or cancel ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit the current active bonus before a new bonus can be applied.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer are subject to the maximum win cap and wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion's terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. xk44 reserves the right to deny, withhold or reclaim any bonus where it has evidence that a player is abusing the bonus system, engaging in arbitrage betting, or using strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms. The determination of bonus abuse rests solely with xk44.

Section 5

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity conducted on the xk44 platform. Game-specific rules are published in the Help or Rules section of each individual game. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule will take precedence in relation to that game only.

• 5.1
  Bet Finality

  Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by xk44's system, it is final and may not be cancelled or amended by the player. In the case of sports betting, xk44 reserves the right to void bets where the odds were published in error, where a match is abandoned or postponed without resumption within 48 hours, or where xk44 has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised.
• 5.2
  Prohibited Betting Activity

  The following betting activities are strictly prohibited on xk44 and will result in the voiding of associated bets and, where appropriate, the suspension or permanent closure of the player's account: (a) placing bets using automated software, bots or scripting tools; (b) colluding with other players to influence game or betting outcomes; (c) exploiting errors in published odds or game software; (d) engaging in match-fixing or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event or game.
• 5.3
  Technical Malfunctions

  In the event of a technical malfunction, network outage or software error that affects the outcome or recording of a bet or game round, xk44 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance. xk44 will not honour winnings generated as a result of a software bug, display error or system malfunction. Players are encouraged to report any suspected technical error to customer support immediately.

Section 6

Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

xk44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following conduct is prohibited on xk44 and will result in appropriate disciplinary action including account suspension or permanent closure.

• Using the platform under the influence of substances to a degree that impairs your judgment or financial decision-making is discouraged. xk44 customer support is available 24/7 if you need assistance.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or xk44 staff via live chat, email or any other communication channel is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Attempting to access xk44's systems, databases or administrative interfaces without authorisation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to law enforcement.
• Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or fund any prohibited or criminal activity is strictly forbidden and will be reported to relevant authorities without notice.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the xk44 platform — including but not limited to the xk44 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, images and data — is the exclusive property of xk44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the xk44 platform without prior written consent from xk44.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xk44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

xk44's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit xk44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

xk44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, xk44 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact information held on their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
